merge selected upstream changes for upload.sh (#633)

this restores uploads for PRs, but to transfersh.com instead of transfer.sh.

add atrifactory deploy script to upload Qt images.
tools/deploy.sh [new file with mode: 0755] blob
tools/uploadtool/upload.sh [changed mode: 0755->0644] diff | blob | history
